“Looking back on the past year, I am incredibly proud of our community, which has been built from the scratch, overcoming challenges and making impressive strides in promoting leadership and supporting women's entrepreneurship.
Our commitment to the development of women's leadership has led us to actual results. Today, the women of our organization occupy management positions in commercial and public structures, as well as work in the defense sector and lead public organizations. Our members take an active part in the reconstruction of the economy during the war and represent the business sector at the international level. This is the embodiment of our efforts in the development of women’s leadership.
Looking ahead, we have ambitious goals, from building a democratic society and rebuilding the economy to developing full-cycle education for women and supporting mental health programs.Our strategic plan includes active support of anti-corruption initiatives, participation in advocacy and participation in international projects for Ukraine's Economic Recovery. We are directing efforts to create local centers in the EU and Ukraine to promote the socialization of forcibly displaced women and the development of private enterprises founded by women.
Reliable partnership and a special approach to community building are the basis of our rapid development. The uniqueness of each partner enriches our joint practice and leads to the creation of more effective and meaningful initiatives, is the force of joint success and positive impact on society.Together, we expand our impact by making lasting positive changes in the communities we serve.
