Women's Voice in Action is a powerful and dynamic non-governmental women's organization that unites a community of active women's voices involved in international advocacy, representation of women’s interests abroad and the development of the country's economy. Currently, about 2,000 women have joined our community. Our projects are supported by public figures. We participate in the decision-making process at the state and international levels. This is a unique project that focuses on the studying of the role of Ukrainian women in the modern world and their contribution to the history of Ukraine.
The project is based on the approaches of psychology and gender studies, which allows collecting and analyzing information about women who have become leaders in various fields.
The goal: is to highlight the stories of women who make a significant contribution to the development of Ukraine and the world. The main topics of the project are business, culture, science, art, politics and volunteering
The project allows Ukrainian women to share their thoughts, impressions and ideas about their contribution to the country's development. Interviews and stories have collected as part of the project become an important source of information for researchers and historians, as well as for anyone interested in the role of women in the modern world.
The project "Psychology of Ukrainian women" focuses the public's attention on the recognition of the significant contribution of Ukrainian women in various spheres of the country's life and provides them with a platform for communication and exchange of ideas

The Personal Mentoring Program for Women who are Business Owners is a project created to help women to develop businesses and achieve success.
The program is aimed at women who have taken over the business of their husbands, as well as those who are building their business in a foreign country or continue to work and restore business in Ukraine.
Our program aims to provide participants with new knowledge, skills and business development opportunities. We offer an effective approach to the development and support of women's businesses. Participants will have an access to experts from various fields, and will also be able to exchange experience and knowledge with other business owners.
We believe that strong women build a strong economy, that is why we invest in the development of our women members so that they can also develop those who are around them. We strive to involve business owners themselves in training others and exchanging practical cases, creating added value to their businesses.
Our experts are ready to provide personal mentoring in building a business and help with creating profit. We invest our time, knowledge and resources in women-owned businesses, in enterprises that build business in Ukraine and support the country's economy.
