This year, Women’s Voice in Action launched a global initiative named “Created by a Woman,” aimed at supporting and developing female entrepreneurship on an international level. The initiative seeks to create a systematic approach to supporting female entrepreneurs, facilitate the expansion and scaling of businesses founded or managed by women. Special attention is paid to the development of enterprises with potential for export and innovation.
“Created by a Woman” is a global project, uniting three continents through international partnerships.
One of our focus areas is promoting female entrepreneurship, providing unique opportunities for businesses run by women to enter new markets and represent their interests on the international level. The initiative actively works to ensure that female entrepreneurs have access to necessary resources, knowledge, and contacts to expand their business.
The main goal of the project is to enhance the role of women’s enterprises in the global economy and to highlight their contribution to sustainable development and economic recovery. We invite female enterprises, investors, and partners to collaborate to achieve common goals, develop international business, and implement innovative solutions towards creating a more integrated, open, and fair global economy.
Thanks to strategic support from the F corp. Family Foundation for the Future, the initiative utilizes the power of private capital to support female entrepreneurship, especially in crisis conditions. Each case in this project exemplifies the successful integration of innovations and strategic planning into the business model, enabling them to overcome challenges and enter new markets.
Under the aegis of this initiative, the project “Women in Business on the Front Lines” is implemented in Ukraine. It highlights not only the resilience and dedication of women in business but also their ability to adapt quickly and expand into external markets. It showcases how female entrepreneurs use innovative approaches to enter European markets, with further plans for expansion to other continents. This process not only restores and strengthens local economies but also contributes to the creation of sustainable international connections.
